This site is not advice
Everything published here is general information about how I work. It is not operational, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not tailored to your business. No advisory relationship is created by reading it, by using the calculator, or by sending an enquiry. Advice only begins under a signed engagement.
Figures, estimates and examples
This matters more than the rest of this page, so it is stated plainly.
- The waste calculator multiplies three numbers you supply. It is an arithmetic illustration, not a valuation, an audit finding or a promise of savings. It knows nothing about your business beyond what you typed.
- Ranges such as "£50K to £150K" describe what I have typically found in owner-run service businesses of a certain size. They are context, not a forecast for your business, and no particular result is promised.
- Worked examples and itemised receipts shown anywhere on this site are composites built to demonstrate the format of a deliverable. They do not describe a real named client and are not claimed as achieved results.
Do not make spending, hiring or restructuring decisions on the strength of anything on this website. Measure your own operation first, which is the entire point of the method.
Engagements, prices and the guarantee
Prices shown are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists until a written engagement is signed by both sides.
Any guarantee described on this site is summarised for readability. The binding version, including how savings are identified and measured, what each party must do, and how a claim is made, lives in the engagement contract. Where this website and that contract differ, the contract governs.
Availability
I try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise either. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn without notice, and content may go out of date.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images, video and the STOIC method described on this site belong to Peak13 Potential Ltd or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish, sell or present the material as your own, or use it to train an automated system, without written permission.

Links out, including to Calendly and LinkedIn, are provided for convenience. Those sites are outside my control and I am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data once you arrive.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Liability arising from paid work is dealt with in the engagement contract instead.
