What this site collects

This site has no accounts and runs no advertising tracking. It does count visits, as explained below.

Visit counts

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages people view. For each visit it records the page, the site you came from, your type of device and browser, and your country. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Vercel doesn't keep your IP address, and it can't follow you across other websites or from one day to the next.

We use these numbers to see which pages are useful and what to improve. Our legal basis is legitimate interests. See Vercel's analytics privacy notes.

The website review form

When you send the review form on the Contact page, we receive your name, email address, web address, what your business does and your message. The form delivers your answers to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. It also saves them as a contact record in HubSpot, the system we use to keep track of enquiries. We keep that record for as long as we reasonably need it, normally no longer than 6 years. See Resend's privacy policy and HubSpot's privacy policy.

We use those details to look at your site, send you the review and reply to any questions. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering a request you chose to send) and taking steps you've asked for before a possible contract.

If you email us

If you email info@peak13.co.uk, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message for as long as we reasonably need to reply and keep a record of the conversation. That is normally no longer than 6 years, in line with standard UK business record-keeping.

If you become a client

If we build a website, landing page or app for you, or run a care plan, we may process more personal data as part of that work. The engagement and our Terms & Conditions set out what that covers. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we agree those terms with you separately before we start.

Fonts

This site loads its font from Google Fonts. To fetch it, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to LinkedIn, Instagram and X, and to websites in our portfolio. Once you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• ask us to correct inaccurate data
• ask us to delete your data, where there's no legal reason for us to keep it
• object to how we use your data, or ask us to restrict it
• ask for your data in a portable format

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the personal data we hold secure. We don't sell it, and we only share it where the work needs it (for example, a hosting provider for your site) or where the law requires it.
